- Has completed hundreds of developmental, career planning and/or selection assessments with employees, professionals and executives over the years in both the public and private sectors
- Has been utilizing 360° feedback with clients since 1993
- Considerable experience providing assessment and career planning services to clients of several major consulting firms
- Certified as a leadership coach and trainer on the “Transformational Leadership Development Program” (using a multi-rater/ 360° feedback system); completed an 8-day residential program at State University in Binghamton New York
- Former Associate Dean of Continuing Education and Industry Services at the British Columbia Institute of Technology
