Employee Assessment and Development

Does your organization have a developmental/ learning plan in place for each employee?

Every organization will say that its employees are its most important resource but unfortunately many don't demonstrate this by their actions.

  • Does your organization help employees in identifying their key strengths and developmental needs; assist in their career planning and in setting up personal learning plans?
  • Has your organization, through psychological assessments, 360° feedback, and other means identified the key people to develop and nurture for the immediate future; for the longer term future?
  • Are your employees optimistic about their personal futures? 

Generally these developmental assessments are designed to complement not replace in-company processes and activities.
